I charge 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or late cancellation/reschedules within 24 hours. Cancellation fee does not apply to any future service. If you are 15 minutes late appointment will be canceled and 100% of service booked is due. Deposits are non refundable/non transferable even if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours.
